Flavor: The turkey and stuffing were savory and delicious. The gravy was a pleasing accompaniment, and more gravy would be welcome. The whipped sweet potatoes are flavorful, but I wanted to add a tiny bit of salt to enhance flavor. However, less salt is healthier.
Mouth Feel: Commendable mouth feel on all counts. I especially liked the airy, whipped texture of the sweet potatoes.
Satisfaction: Reasonably satiated after this meal.
Wine Pairing: Pair with (Red) Beaujolais Nouveau, (White) Gewürztraminer, or (White) Chardonnay. Try Columbia Winery or Oak Knoll Gewürztraminer, or Concha y Toro Chardonnay.

Interesting Fact: "Between 1000 and 1100 ad, Polynesian voyagers visited South America and brought the sweet potato back with them, later spreading it around other Pacific islands; Europeans then transported other sweet-potato lineages to the Philippines and the western Pacific in two separate waves from the sixteenth century onwards."
